Aufgaben: Sicherstellung des Betriebs und Reporting gegenüber Kundenvertretern. Prozesskonforme Durchführung des Change Prozesses (ITIL) um Risiken von Veränderungen in der Produktionsumgebung zu minimieren.

Der Betrieb dieser Umgebung bestehend aus -

Hier entwickelte ich die vollautomatisierten Installationsroutinen für die Standard-PCs auf Basis des Konzernstandards, zuzüglich einiger besonderer Sicherheitsfeatures auf besonderen Wunsch der Werksleitung.

Als Mitglied der Betriebssteuerung, welche die Schnittstelle zu dem externen Dienstleister (Hewlett-
Packard CDS GmbH) darstellt, beteiligte ich mich am
.......> Aufbau eines Operation Desk, welches die Überwachung der wichtigsten Werkssysteme sicherstellt.

Anschließend wechselte ich ins Netzwerk. Kenntnislücken im Cisco Umfeld wurden durch Vorbereitungs-Lehrgänge zum
.......> CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) geschlossen.
Ein Primäres Ziel in dieser neuen Rolle war es eine vollständige und zuverlässige
