Dervish Yashar Baha was born in Lefka, Cyprus is a Management/Training and Development Consultant and a University Teacher (4th year Engineering and MBA students in Management and Ethics) and Continuing Education Centre Life-Long-Learning Expert and Motivational Speaker with a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering from the London South Bank University and an MSc Degree in Management and Technology from the University of Wales. He is the first lecturer and administrator of the Higher Technological Institute (6th November 1979) the nucleus of the Eastern Mediterranean University. He received more than 500 hours of training in Conflict Management and Resolution. He trains management professionals in Modern Management Techniques, Leadership and Motivation, Project Management, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Strategic Planning, Mediation, Positive Thinking and Solution Creation, Conflict Management and Resolution, Performance Management, Human Resources Management and Development, Personal and Organizational Development and (Workshop) Facilitation Skills. He has 32 years of Business Management, Management Training/Consulting experience in Cyprus, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Canary Isles, Tunisia, Egypt, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Iran, Poland, Turkey, the UK, and the USA.
