About me

Devesh Dwivedi is a successful Business Consultant in NYC. He started his first business at the tender age of 14... And although it failed, it taught him what NOT to do, which he later realized was a more valuable lesson than he would have learned from success. More importantly, the experience left the taste of entrepreneurship in his mouth, which he could never forget. Devesh went on to start and run several successful companies, and earned his MBA from SUNY, Oswego. Devesh was awarded the Beta Gamma Sigma Life Membership for his academic achievements in the MBA program.

Devesh has helped hundreds of small business owners in a wide variety of projects from writing a business plan to improving operations and everything in between. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients - from startups to Fortune 50 has given him a broad understanding of everything from big corporation politics to small business dynamics. As the Founder of "Breaking The 9 to 5 Jail" a support group for aspiring entrepreneurs, Devesh truly enjoys working with the members because he loves the energy, excitement, creativity and enthusiasm around startups. In his spare time Devesh enjoys blogging, cooking, traveling, and golfing (although not necessarily in that order)...
