IBM was involved in providing support for several application of Media Saturn. And I was involved in Team of IBM to provide 3rd Level support.

I was working as Testing, Integreation & Validation Expert for NGF-A1 project. Where we had to integrate existing PSTN & IBM IP-One network of T-Home with IMS network based on TCP-IP, SIP, VoIP, MSAN, Call Controller, Application Server etc.

I have worked in different projects such as DSL-IF, SPAIN, XSITE, PINT, EAI-BCS, O2 Online Portal etc. These applications involve PrePaid / PostPaid system, Peoplesoft CRM system, billing, EAI provisioning & integration system. All these projects require creating test plan, test cases, and execution of cases manually and automat those cases using shell scripting. Also involved in Tibco Middleware application DSLIF for test, verification, installation and production support for Tibco envirenment.
