Senior management position in a governmental, multilateral or non-governmental organization. 

Working in various International Organization and for the Red Cross / Red Crescent Movement with almost 20 years of experience working in the field of international cooperation, i.e. strategic management, program and project Development, crisis response and peace-keeping operations, information communication technology, disaster management, disaster risk reduction, primary health care. 

Analyzing, planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and evaluating of humanitarian and development programs, as well as country and regional strategies and resources. This includes also proposal writing for different donors (EU and others) as well as the planning and managing of budgets and finances.

Managing, coaching and supporting of staff and acting in a senior representation role and management position. Managerial effectiveness - results focused and accountable - while working and communicating in a multicultural environment, internally and externally. 

Creative and innovative with very good communication (verbal and written) as well as negotiation skills. Assertive, proactive and diplomatic personality. Comprehensive skills in facilitation, moderation and training.

Experience of working in difficult and volatile security situations. Certified ability to work under tropical and stressful conditions.
