About me
Dirk is active in telecommunications, media and internet since more than 15 years. His focus is on “bridging gaps” between business departments and IT in the product and customer lifecycle domain – i.e. the implementation of market differentiating business processes and innovative products. So “creating innovations”, “improve time-to-market” and “enablement of future business models” are his guiding principals. To meet these challenges in cost-sensitive markets, methodologies like Agile methods and LEAN and best-practices like TM Forum Frameworx (esp. eTOM & SID) are part of his consulting portfolio.
Dirk started his career at Mannesmann Datenverarbeitung and Vodafone D2. In the last 10 years he was employed at various consulting companies like IBM Global Services. He was responsible manager and principal consultant as well as in business development and sales positions.
Dirk is lead of the Concept-To-Market Best Practices for a Smarter Product Delivery team and co-lead of the B2B Product Trading projecteswithin the TeleManagament Forum.

Dirk Rejahl, Direktor / Management Consultant
