Duncan Chapple is the preeminent consultant on the optimization of international analyst relations (AR) and the value created by analyst firms. As the head of CCgroup's AR practice, Chapple directs programs that increase the value of relationships with industry analysts and sourcing advisors. Outside work, he is co-director of the Analyst Observatory at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Since 2001, he has directed the two major longitudinal studies used by AR professionals: the Analyst Value Survey and the Analyst Advocacy Study. Chapple has helped hundreds of high-growth companies to use relationships to influence customers, channel partners and third-party sales recommenders. His clients have included Accenture, Atos, Boku, Cisco, Dell, EXFO, Fujitsu, HP, Huawei, IBM, Kroll, Microsoft, Okta, OpenPayd, Ribbon, RingCentral, Signicat, Westcon and Wind River. Chapple studied, inter alia, at the Handelshochschule Leipzig. London Business School and the University of Munich.
