Elisa currently works as senior consultant at Doujak Corporate Development in Vienna, Austria, a consulting company with the focus on change management, international corporate development, strategy and leadership. Previously, she has worked in Copenhagen as Country Specialist Coordinator EMEA for Aperian Global and in Delft at Unique Sources organizing and co-training workshops on intercultural awareness.

Besides consulting, Elisa coaches managers and executives on intercultural issues, such as working in a different country, dealing with intercultural disperse teams and global leadership. She is also an intercultural trainer for country specific business trainings as well as for global executives and their families who plan to relocate overseas on how to better adapt to living in their new country. Additionally, she likes to work with children of the relocating executives, teaching them about the different dimensions and impact of culture, as well as the adaptation process to prepare them for the big move and give intercultural awareness trainings in schools and institutions.

She holds a BA degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures and a Master degree in International Communication Management at the University of The Hague in The Netherlands focusing on communication management from an international perspective. 

Elisa is a native Italian, who has lived and worked in several countries: USA, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Denmark, Austria and now  Germany. She is fluent is Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
