Coordinate efforts on supplier quality and fulfillment, and drive development and improvement actions. Lead team working on supplier selection, assessment, PPAP, audits, and continuous improvement activities.

Lead Quality Improvement team; Main contact and responsible for the manufacturing sites supplier performance and quality improvement projects at supplier sites. Support suppliers on problem solving and development.

Coordinate quality systems in engine and transmission plant. Responsible for all QS – PFMEA, PCP, SPC, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, ISO TS, PPAP, APQP, Test and Metrology Labs, and new machinery validation.

Assignment in Pontiac, Powertrain HQ, to work with a multidisciplinary team in the design and development of a system for the new engine assembly line and kitting sub assembly line; select suppliers for this system and validate equipment; implementation and documentation following GPDP. This line was developed for the first hybrid engine of the plant.

Machinery and gage validation/run off; develop quality documentation (APQP) and implement audits according to GQP, ISO-TS and internal procedures; general launch activities. Production & inventory control; machining line planner for cylinder block line, transmission gears, and body shop.
