I have been responsible for building and staffing a well functioning strategy and architecture department in DSB. During the first two years, the maturity level was raised from 1.3 to 2.4 according to the Enterprise Architecture Maturity Model from Gartner Group. Responsible for IT strategy, enterprise architecture, alignment with corporate strategy and for implementation of IT governance as well as IT related content in bids for international traffic contracts. My reference was to the CIO.
