Management of projects coming up from regulations (Mexican Law for Pension Funds Administrators) . Set up the Project Management Office Methodology at the Operations area. Tracking of the projects through milestone planning and indicators to measure the effectiveness of the ongoing projects. Setting up the project portfolio and objectives of the area along with the Unit Manager. Tracking of team performance, responsible for personal and professional development program (Trainings, online courses etc.)
