As an Enterprise 2.0 Manager - CKM I assist the Collaboration and Knowledge Management Initiative to define how the adidas Group will leverage Enterprise 2.0 platforms for employee engagement, collaboration, innovation, and knowledge and information sharing purposes. I ensure that Enterprise 2.0 initiatives serve strategy execution and drive the efficient development of Enterprise 2.0 practices through experienced capitalization.
Thanks to my excellent communication skills I know how to leverage social media, collaboration, mobile, and knowledge management platforms to drive employee and organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. I am at home and well-versed in using Enterprise 2.0 tools and ensure that the technologies being used are adequate and optimized.
Consulting & Coaching
· I am responsible for consulting to influence adidas Group's Enterprise 2.0 strategy and implementing defined platforms
· Define how the CKM Initiative will leverage Enterprise 2.0 platforms for employee engagement, collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing purposes
· Serve as one subject matter expert for potential future adidas Group-wide implementation of Enterprise 2.0 solutions
· Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other adidas Group functions to define rules and policies for proper/desired usage
· Support and collaborate with counterparts in other departments as the adidas Group increases its use of Enterprise 2.0 platforms, as needed
· Collaborate and exercise coaching tasks for stakeholder management and communication management activities
Communication & Adoption
· Act as part of a CKM team responsible for quality, relevant and timely flow of internal and external information, supporting and backfilling for other team members when needed
· Responsible for driving adoption and effective usage of Enterprise 2.0 platforms to achieve desired outcomes
· Collaborate to launching internal communication plans and develop collaboration adoption measures
· Support Senior Management for working with Communications Functions for identifying what information should be distributed via Enterprise 2.0 channels
· Create content for feeds and sparking discussion on central business networking site
· Participate in online conversations by answering questions, offering solutions and mediating conversations
Project Management
· Act as project manager to plan and implement management of chosen products/platforms
· Work with assigned IT project manager for chosen solutions, integrating disparate systems into a single "enterprise" view
· Collaborate with the IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Solution Architect(s) to work across IT groups/stakeholders to prioritize application/feature development across platforms
· Partner and integrate with business stakeholders to optimize value delivered through the use of Enterprise 2.0 tools within the adidas Group
· Define and monitor effective usage measures/metrics and measure impact of Enterprise 2.0 programs
Community Management
· Initially act as a community manager, responsible for disseminating information, driving traffic to and effective usage of the chosen platforms and tools
· Cultivate new communities and manage branded online communities
