I have seasoned experience in general management and leadership of software and consulting organizations/departments as well as delivering high-value solutions to various stakeholders across the business. 

I have managed international projects with global teams and advised clients in diverse industries (Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Automotive, Transportation, Utilities/Energy, Chemistry, Pharma, Healthcare, CPG, Construction, Financial Services, Public Sector) across different departments (Procurement, Finance, Strategy, HR, Production, IT and Sales).

I have strong skills in leadership, business development, organizational growth and professional teambuilding combined with a reliable sense for the feasible and credibility for trustful relationships and sustainable results.

My core areas of business expertise are the various aspects of general management, consulting projects and software solutions (especially strategy definition and process/solution design, technical feasibility, roll-out with change and communication aspects, operational excellence, market/sales aspects, spend analysis, cost savings, sourcing, supplier performance and lifecycle management, compliance, governance and corporate responsibility). 

I am a graduate of the International Management Institute Hernstein and the Munich University of applied science with a Master Degree in Business Administration. I additionally own a degree in wholesale and international trade and psychological education in systemic transactional analysis and group dynamics. 

My origin is Germany, where I live with my wife and three children. I have also worked and lived in Switzerland and through all my travels, projects and engagements around the globe I am used to be part of international programs and multi-cultural environments. I am enthusiastic about photography, nature and cycling, where I am a former professional.
