Things are very different from what you are used to. You still have to perform in this alien environment. And, I think I might be that person to partner with you in this so that you have a successful career stint while you are here in India.

I know why Indians do the things they do, and how this can be a real clash of cultures that can sometimes cause you paralysis or a breakdown in your workplace. I have a program that can be facilitated one-to-one or one-to-many. Either in person or over the internet. It contains generic stuff as well as typical Indian workplace case studies. Also, it will address your situational issues or problems and will give you the tools to be successful dealing with them while in India.
