I have more than 17 years of very intense and varied experience in the position of ultimate responsibility in the business organization, as CEO, position from which I had to overcome difficult, critical and even extreme situations, been responsible of up to 60 employees and up to 5 delegations, besides the factory and HQ facilities.
 
In my professional life I have always been in touch with the real estate sector. Furthermore, I have more than 7 years of specific experience in the real estate business, where I set up a company which became leader in its field in 2 provinces of Spain.
 
At present, I continue working in the Spanish real estate market, finding building plots for property developers. Uncertainty about the length of the real estate crisis in Spain and the casualties and damages that it may cause in my customer base, make me consider new options that can provide me more economic security and stability, in other words, that allow me to change expectations for realities and I am fully open to settle abroad if it may be useful to increase the business opportunities.
 
I can be very profitable for any company or investor interested in doing business with Spain, now when it is possible to purchase properties in their lowest prices in decades to resell them in a few years in much higher prices. My knowledge of the Spanish real estate market is excellent. I know the market, I am in direct contact with more than 1.300 property developers who receive my newsletter, I know the laws and the banking system, I know the best appraisers, legal advisers, tax consultants, etc.
 
I have letters of recommendation from very reputable professionals whom you can contact in any moment.

I started my professional career in the industrial sector, where I joined a company that was in an extreme situation of decline. In fact, the last external audit report alerted to this reality and questioned very seriously the business continuity.
 
I achieved to rescue the company of that extreme situation, to keep it alive, to put it on a sound footing and to strengthen it for more than ten years y when I realised that in the long term the firm had no chance to survive to the market concentration keeping the same partners composition, I was able to find an investor who provided with the commercial contracts and necessary funds to guarantee the company survival and prosperity and who at the same time offered a positive withdrawal to the partners.
 
While in the manufacturing company I had to use all my skills and resources, up to the limit of my endurance –and often beyond it- to refloat, restructure and strengthen it putting an end to all the bad habits, weakness and threats that had led it to an extreme situation, in the real estate sector I have had to work my fingers to the bone to create a new company designing and setting in motion a whole business organization, with effective methods, processes and controls that make it productive, efficient and profitable.
 
The conception and setting up from scratch of this company, its evolution towards the specialization and its remodelling and fight for survival in the most adverse conjuncture over the real estate market crisis, have provided me with, besides my current living earning –a very improvable living earning in this so harsh time for the sector and with no appearance of swift recovery-, new and different experiences, knowledge and perspectives from those that my stage in the industry afforded me, that without all doubt enrich my professional experience and capability, now much more versatile, deep-rooted and mature.
 
All my experiences in the business world, both the most gratifying and satisfactory and the most difficult or delicate, both in the refloating, the streamlining and the recovery of the competitiveness of a company in an extreme situation and in the conception, the setting up and the specialization of a new company, have given me a very beneficial experience in the managing of companies in trouble or crisis or that simply need to face a transformation process that demands big clearness of ideas, determination and sense of responsibility.
 
This important baggage of capabilities and experiences, well developed from my creative, but at the same time practical and realistic spirit, and my critical, self-exigent and never conformist character, let me contribute to the improvement of a company regardless of its sector, stage and condition, from business projects that still are not more than a first raw idea in the mind of a enterpreneur to mature and consolidated companies, and from healthy and prosperous firms to companies going through a difficult time or facing critical situations.
