About me

Profile and Summary
My profession has taken me as far as Eastern Europe, where I worked as an investment consultant. Later I continued my career in Europe at General Motors as an European Technology Planner. During my time as Managing Director at Detron Communication Services in Germany, I gained in depth knowledge about the telecommunications industry in Europe, Within four years, this resulted in a successful IPO at the AEX in Amsterdam. After an intensive integration process with the Landis ICT group, I decided to set up new enterprises in Germany. 24-7Apollo, the first European independent network management company for Telco’s, was one of these enterprises.
 
After returning to the Netherlands in 2003, I started up the Ceaver Group BV. The Ceaver Group holds companies which serve telecom, engineering & production activities and focuses on cost reduction processes for companies wanting to centralize their human capital in the most competitive way.
 
Recently I have decided to utilizing my expertise and experiences under the name Verni Management to other companies in Europe by offering my know-how as decision maker with hands on mentality. To be instrumental in taking companies into a next phase of robust and sustainable growth.
