Frans Dekker

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
 
Mr. Frans Dekker was born in The Netherlands, and educated in The Netherlands and the UK. Nowadays, he and his Spanish wife live in Spain.
 
Throughout his career, he developed and applied his knowledge, expertise and skills in areas like Strategic Planning & Decision-Making, Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Development, Organizational Development, and leading Performance Improvement, Business Transformation, Business Restructuring, and Business Development projects. He is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Dutch, and has worked directly with people of 48 nationalities.
 
SPECIALTIES:
 
Mr. Dekker works mostly for multinationals and for medium to large enterprises across Europe, and on occasion outside of Europe as well, on the following types of assignments:
 
1. Supporting executives and management teams in strategic planning and strategic decision-making.
 
2. Supporting executives, directors, and (project) managers in leading and delivering complex (strategic) change, innovation or business development projects, and in the development of their personal, team, project, and organizational leadership skills.
 
3. Supporting executives and management teams in team and organizational development, and in improvement of cross- & inter-organizational cooperation & alignment.
