About me:
I am French and live in Heidelberg, Germany since 1999. I have more than 25 years professional experience in international companies as project manager and team leader with focus on adult Education and knowledge exchange.
While gratuating in Computing Sciences in Paris, I worked as IT project manager in a bank and then in a food producer company. Early in my professional life I realized that the most important element for a successful project is the people, both the development team and the business users. So while making sure the projects were complying to the requirements, I also mentored the team members, developed team spirit and ensured business users’ confidence in new ways of working.
Then I specialized in Training and made my first experience of self-employment in France, before moving to Germany.
After more than seven years at the international headquarter of a software company, where I managed Education programs for Customers and Consultants with worlwide teams, I started my own business as Consultant-Trainer in Human Resource development working with a network of talented consultants and trainers from various expertise.
My motivation is to facilitate change and communication focusing on the human aspects.
Not only in my professional life, but also in my private life, I have experienced several changes such as moving in a foreign country and I am communicating daily with people from different cultures, raising a tri-cultural daughter, having friends and relatives in and from diverse countries.
In 2001 I started theater courses to improve my German and was delighted by Improvisation Theater that I would like to share with others as a wonderful tool for personal development, team building or communication skills development.

Every individual, every organization, every situation has potential. And yet it is challenging to develop this potential, mainly because we can't make sense of a new situation, we don't understand each other or we are afraid of the necessary change which takes us out of our comfort zone.
