Responsibilities:
●New Business Development
1.Collect the Market Information and identify the need of markets; take imitative to contact with the potential client, by using various ways to approach them, such as direct Cold-Call, exist-client referral, networking and so on. Do the presentation of company profiles; proactively sell the services to potential clients.
2.Draft out the Terms and Contract according to the specific recruitment requirements of potential clients, negotiate the way how to cooperate, such as the service rate, guarantee period, minimum charge, Payment days /DSO, Contract validity and so on.
3.Sign the contract and pass the recruitment needs to different team internally for the implementation
4.Keep good relationship with exist clients or potential clients and network with them for new business from time to time
●Middle Management Search & Executive Search
1.Hands on in the recruitment of Manpower key account of sales&marketing,Supply Chain,IT function as well as some top management role in other industries, which as followed:
a)Finance Division in Plant (FC, Finance Manager, Internal Audit,)
b)Bank(Investment Role in Both Buy-side and Sell-side, Institutional Sales,Risk Management, Compliance Management, Back-Office Operation and so on )
c)Top management roles are including GM cases in manufacture, retailing and so on.
2.Set up search strategy, implement and coordinate search, cold-call and networking, prepare search report.
3.Fully responsible for the initial screening of candidates, with interviews and recommend interview, hiring, recruitment procedures.
4.Arrange and coordinate client for the interview and selection, negotiate the offer and package, references check.
5.Money Collection, manages the DSO, Prepare the Invoice and notice the client for each payment.
6.Maintain the communication with clients and candidates, to make coordination work and identify the new case and potential needs.
★Achievements:
The personal actual annual billing is archived more than 100% of annual target in year 2008.
The Top-Sales in the national competition of Achieved the Highest Percentage of Billing over Q2,Q4 targets of 2008 and Q1 in 2009.
Collection management: Have collected 100% of the payment and service fee in year 2008.
Successfully key account management for senior executive search business services and maintains very good client relationship. Guide and encourage team members in daily work with good leadership practice.
Ranked as Top Performance(According to Score Card) in 2008(No.2 Consultant in Manpower China 500 Consultants)with exceptional achievement.
