Cornerstone Resourcing was the internal recuitment function for the Caudwell Group. As a Managing Consultant it was my responsibility to recruit senior executives into the Caudwell business as well as managing a team of Senior Consultants. Cornerstone also incorporated an external executive search division known as "Curlew Recruitment". We partnered a number of global blue-chip clients, placing candidates on salaries ranging from £75k to £200K per annum.
