About me

Mr. Greg Rosic is a graduate of Evanston Township High School in Illinois, where he earned a 4.33 grade point average and undertook a number of high-level classes. . Greg Rosic is now a student at the University of Arizona, where he currently studies chemistry and maintains an 3.93 GPA. This past year, Greg Rosic earned an honorable mention on the Dean’s List and in the University of Arizona Annual Information Fair and Research Poster Contest. A participant in the National Chemistry Olympiad, Greg Rosic was honored as one of the top 100 to 150 competitors in the nation. Demonstrating promise in the field of chemistry while in high school, Greg Rosic undertook a college-level chemistry course and secured the Lowell Hall Chemistry Award for best senior chemistry student.

Last summer, Greg Rosic participated in an intensive undergraduate research program, presenting his work at the annual Biological, Engineering, and Chemical Undergraduate Research (BECUR) Conference. At present, Greg Rosic conducts research on fluorescent silica particles for a study that will potentially be published.

In his limited spare time, Greg Rosic volunteers with a number of organizations, including St. Luke’s Home and Evercare Hospice & Palliative Care. Previously, Greg Rosic volunteered at Tucson Medical Center, assisting in the Emergency Room and in Labor and Delivery. In addition, Greg Rosic is a devoted tennis player who competes with the United States Tennis Association. Greg Rosic is also an avid reader who enjoys classic American novelists such as Ernest Hemingway and William Faulkner.
