  My passions are retail, etail and people. My motto: no brick or click store without concept. (R)etail is detail, (r)etail is people, these are the issues that lie close to my heart. I am fascinated by the challenges of current times, such as changing distribution patterns. Brand becomes retailer, retailer becomes brand. The end consumer decides and buys through (r)e-tail or C2C. Second hand is already very common on the internet these days. I have a strong background in retail. I was the fashion manager at V&D for ten years, I was on the board of M&S Fashion Germany for 8 years, on the board of Oilily retail for 5 years and 3 years on the board of ter Stal.
