Commanding more than 10 years of relevant experience in such fields as financial services and real estate, Goldie Santiago invests her work with an overall commitment to excellence. After high school, Goldie Santiago enrolled at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, where she pursued a wide range of undergraduate studies in business and finance. From June 1996 to March 2000, Goldie Santiago was a standout at the University of Santo Tomas, ultimately graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Following graduation from the University of Santo Tomas, Goldie Santiago relocated to the United States, landing in Redlands, California. In March 2000, Goldie Santiago joined the team at Goliath Financial Management, where she served as District Manager. For the nearly three years, Goldie Santiago provided counseling assistance to college students through Goliath Financial Management’s Work Experience Program. An entrepreneur at heart, Goldie Santiago left Goliath Financial Management in January 2003 to found two separate businesses in the Redlands area: Direct Mortgage Lenders, LLC and SVC Financial and Management (Payday Central). At Direct Mortgage Lenders, LLC, Goldie Santiago worked within the spectrum of real estate acquisition and development, loan originations, and basic buy-and-sell transactions. During this time, Goldie Santiago completed a number of rehabilitative residential construction projects, worth between $100,000 and $765,000. With Payday Central, Goldie Santiago held oversight for two locations in Redlands, handling the check cashing and payday advance needs for more than 600 clients per day. Handling all aspects of operations at Payday Central, Goldie Santiago served as a compliance officer for state regulations, collected debts, conducted accounting, directed human resources, and more.
