About me

After Several years in the recruitment industry, I decided it was time for me to set up my own agency and so I created GATES Solutions (Guillaume Alexandre Talent and Executive Search).

Our main focus is of course SAP, as always but now we are also helping clients on all their difficult recruitment requirements and we do it the exact same way: A Quality Approach of the recruitment business.

Our aim is to deeply understand the need of our clients through expertise and to adapt and customize our approach depending on the client’s need. We do “haute couture” recruitment, Swiss style.

We all here have a headhunting background and we are readapting these specific techniques to this particular market that SAP is. No matter where the talents are, we will go and find them for you.

On the candidate side, our aim is to create a real community of professionals around us that we will help and advise throughout their career.

The SAP world is very specific and if you are a consultant, we want to know you, to help and understand you better, for either short term or long term projects.
