Work Experiences

My steps into the professional world started at my apprenticeship in the music store Pianohouse Doell, Hanover. At the advertising agency "Gerschau & Kroth":http://www.gerschauundkroth.de (Hanover) I enhanced my experiences in PR, communication and writing skills as a trainee in the department for creative writing and conception. Besides these creative qualifications I gained administrative work experiences at the "Konzertdirektion Schmid":http://www.kdschmid.de (Hanover) and "Van Walsum Management Ltd.":http://www.vanwalsum.com (London), both artist agencies, being responsible for artist contracts, communication with concert houses, organising rehearsals, schedules, trips, and international market research.
 
I developed and improved my e-business and Internet know-how during and afterwards my study of media management as a consultant at "namics AG":http://www.namics.com (Hamburg and St.Gallen) the leading professional internet service firm in Switzerland. There I worked for clients like Otto GmbH, Nestlé, WEKA, Swisscom, Braun and Raiffeisen bank. I have been responsible mainly for developing a concept for the companies idea- and innovation management and implemented successfully customer innovation workshops. Additionally I took part in a "usability test" for the corporate website of UBS (bank) in Zurich.
 
From 2004 to 2006 I was employed at "barracuda digitale agentur GmbH": http://www.barracuda.de, Internet services in Cologne (Germany). As a project manager and consultant I was responsible for the business development in the area of e-business including marketing concepts, benchmarks, website evaluations, PowerPoint presentations, and the organisation of meetings. I was in charge of a key account for an international client ("Sterling Commerce" a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. :http://www.sterlingcommerce.co.uk), especially responsible for EMEA, six different country websites in five languages. The job consisted generally customer communication and project management, developing the content management system, supporting marketing activities, testing websites concerning user experience, usability, improving the CRM process and writing quotes for special projects. In addition, I took care of clients like Henkel and the leading German state party in North Rhine-Westphalia.
 
From 2006 to 2008 I was employed as consultant at Pironet NDH AG: http://www.pironet-ndh.com, professional IT-Services and its subsidiary company nexum ag: http://www.nexum.de. I worked mainly in the field of E-Business strategies and conception for customers like o2 (Germany), Coop (Switzerland) and REWE (Germany).
 
In 2008 I have been a consultant and team member of the web management team at the financial institut comdirect bank ag: http://www.comdirect.de (Germany). I mainly took care of user experience, usability of web applications.
 
Since 2009 I work mainly as a consultant and freelance in the field of e-business, public relations, online branding, social networks and "word-of-mouth" marketing.
 
I gained international work experiences in the USA, UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
My view of the world is that simply bringing people together often creates value. Thus I use the internet as a networking tool efficiently and effectively to connect people and achieve contacts all over the world.
