As the Manager Technical Leadership and Competence, I'm driving programs and initiatives for our top technical leaders. Also, I'm still deeply involved in the area of Skill-Assessments/Competence Managementfor Customer Engineering. In addition you find below some items I also work on:

* How can we share our expertise and what we've learned
* Can we engage into this project, do we have the necessary skills in our company?
* Where can I find this document? This search is taking too long! How can we get more productive?
* Where are new ideas for Solutions and/or Products?
This is done with my technical background and being still strongly connected to the field. Using my experience in Java, Web-sites, Web2.0 and SW development, we can pull off necessary topics for the field and then take these efforts also to customers.
Exchanging on these topics with other companies enables a check for us but more importantly helps customers who have similar issues as well as ensuring that the community of people across industries can leverage from best practices
