HARPAL SINGH is an entrepreneurial executive with a Bachelor of computers degree and over 9 years of business development and management experience in the fields of E- Learning and web services.

Mr. Singh gained international experience in several industries and acted in roles varying from Consultant to Director. With his business insight and leadership capabilities he has lead complex organizations, projects and multidisciplinary teams to success.

He is an expert in E-learning development and recently developed for Medical device industry a Custom E-learning platform with SCROM 1.2 and SCROM 2004 Support with interactive corporate features.

He has also provided a successful business model for companies with “SCORM Cross Domain Functionality”. Which mean that, you can share your organization’s courses from one platform to another platform without giving the real course content or copying your course on SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004.
