I am a successful turnaround and start-up specialist with a track record of building and coaching organisations to reach their full potential. I am an experienced senior manager and agile coach and I am truly passionate about what I do.

I have a deep technical knowledge and long business experience of Internet projects. I have had various roles from System Architect to Director of Operations for various e-commerce ventures and have worked in many related branches such as banking and online payments, e-commerce and social media. I have also worked in other branches such as the public sector, pension insurance, primary healthcare and publishing. 

I have had various roles such as business area manager, development manager, CTO, team lead, technical project manager and system architect/developer. I have worked with almost all areas of system development including architecture and design, quality assurance, programming, operations and management. 

I have many years experience of successfully implementing and managing change processes and have considerable experience of implementing and refining agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban as well as agile testing methodologies such as ATTD and TDD. 

I am a positive, educational and enthusiastic problem solver who understands what is needed to create truly high performance organisations. I am used to working with and communicating with C-level executives and am an inspirational agent of change who loves to make a difference.
