Interimsmanagement und Beratung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Technik, Netzbetrieb, Entwicklung, Prozessoptomierung und Business Development.
Viele Projekte haben einen starken Migrationshintergrund. Mein Themengebiet konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf Systemmigrationen & Plattformkonsolidierungen z.B. TK, IT, ACD, ICT, NGIN, IVR, SIP, IMS, VAS, VMS, FTTH/B, V-DSL, Portale, Provisionierungssysteme etc. Es gibt zahlreiche Migrationen & Konsolidierungen bei denen Carrier hierdurch deutliche OPEX Kosten einsparen und funktionale Anwendungen & Dienste & Architekturen verbessern konnten.
