In this role, I managed the start-up and implementation of a new Refining Centre of expertise. I also setup an effective cost and schedule control for major CAPEX projects in the OMV Refining Business. Expertise managed: + Cost Estimating & Validation + Cost Controls & Reporting + Planning & Scheduling

In my role as project manager, I was in charge of planning and executing several CAPEX projects. All projects were put into operation safely, on schedule and within budget.
