As managing director and shareholder I was responsible for all aspects of the company from day one. Starting with 4 B2C shows in 2015 we have grown the business to more than 25 fairs per year in 10 countries in Europe and Asia. We have developed the event series VeggieWorld to be the leading platform for the plant based business world-wide. In addition to VeggieWorld, we organise Europe's largest outdoor food festival, the Gourmet Festival Düsseldorf on the famous Königsallee.

During my time at Innofiars we have started new B2C shows like "Lifetime Beauty" or "Gourmet Festival Dusseldorf". Gourmet Festival runs since 2010 and is still developing very successfully. Besides organizing own fairs, Innofairs was a sales partner for numerous international fair organizers in Germany, like for example PURE London.

Balland is organizing German Pavilions at exhibitions world-wide in the name of the German Ministry of Trade, the German Ministry of Agriculture and the State of North-Rhine Westphalia.

Senior Project Manager for the world's leading shoe trade fair GDS. Mainly responsible for the Asian and Southern American markets.
