Who is ..

My name is Henk van Rossum, i am 42 and live with my partner in Venlo in The Netherlands. I love to live in the south of The Netherlands, close to the river Maas. It is an ideal combination for passioned work with people, nature and relaxing. In 2005 I started to live my passion. I want to contibute to the growth of others, organisations and companies. To contribute to more compassion and care and make people succesfull in what they set as there goal. It is my aim to make you succesfull.

Parallel to that I am active as an interim and project managent in Information technology environments. I have a large experience as manager. This combination of training and managing provides me with some unique tools to bring your projects and changes to success within your company.

I am an Avatar master since 2004 and deliver Avatar courses world wide. I belief that more compassion will us all more succesfull and therefor it will lower the struggle and fighting in this world. In the Avatar materials we use a very powerfull exercise called the Compassion exercise: Just give me an message and i am happy to share it with you. The Avatar mastership is a great combination with interim management.

You learn how to free up your attention, this is very powerful. Having free attention is what really allows us to follow our dreams and get things done effectively. There is nothing more impeding than a foggy mind. You can lose days, weeks and even years when you do not handle the fog and move on.

Interim management
The skills I gain from Avatar and my previous activities in the Information technology business are very usefull for my role as an interim manager. My experience in the IT provide we the inside knowlegde and overview in the many business and technological aspects in IT projects and IT configurations (networks, webtech, CRM, call centres, telecom, order handling etc etc).

My current focus is the human aspect with the projects and IT organisations. The technical issues can be solved easily by any of the many IT suppliers now a days. The impact is still at the user and organisational side.
