About me

TRAVELLING: I like travelling. In my 'earlier' days I travelled to Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Nepal, South-Afria, and India. But the traditional touristic framework started to annoy me, so I slowed down my travelling. But, very special was a 22-days trekking around the Annapurna range of mountains, in Nepal. The trek started at a height of 500 meters, but we (following our dear Sherpa's) have crossed a pass at 5.415 meters. I started with a body weight of 72 kg's and came back with a mere 63 kg's. Considering my present weight I should go back, immediatelly. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the fantastic meeting with the 'Big Five' in Kruger Park and the nearly touching of whales in Hermanus Bay, all in South-Africa!
