About me

Dr. Tjitra is associate professor for applied psychology at the Zhejiang University and Executive Director of the Tjitra Associate in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Jakarta and Hangzhou.
His research and consulting areas are focused on intercultural management as well as human resource, organizational and strategic development.

Prior to this, he led the Asian business and international management development practice of Change International in Ireland / Germany and was responsible for the development of the global diversity practice of HR Consulting group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Germany as well. There he was specialized in the development, design and delivery of intercultural and diversity interventions for multinational organizations.

Dr. Tjitra began his professional career as Research Assistant at the Technical University of Braunschweig
and Research Fellow at the University of Regensburg (Germany).
