About me

Currently developing a fund for Debtor in Possession (DIP) financing. Also advising growth firms in their access to resources including using strategic alliances to efficiently gain access to markets, manpower, capital, and other resources necessary for growth. Also structuring investments in residential real estate in Berlin, Germany, one of the most attractively markets in Europe from valuation and quality of life perspectives. Current mandates include selling a manufacturer of smart cards and SIM cards in India, advising and raising capital for an exciting new company in the fishing tackle business, and continuing to advise a French internet based weight loss company.

I split my time between Germany and Connecticut in the USA thus facilitating cross border transactions and investing in Berlin.

In addition to business activities, I enjoy various sports including competitive masters level rowing, sailing, and a number of other sports. Rowing clubs include Norwalk Leander in Connecticut and RC Hansa Dortmund in Germany. Member of the Stamford Yacht Club in Connecticut.
