Could it be that you stand in a business situation you want to change and you haven't found yet a successful way to reach this goal? In that case I would like to offer you a 1to1 coaching. Such situations can be:
 
  • You dispose of proven experiences and capabilities. Now you want to gather momentum for your career and tap your full potential.
  • You need a new job and look for a customized personal coaching because you want to reach more than 'simply' a new job.
  • For a long while you are under constant and extensive stress (or on the other hand you feel bored constantly), and you want to change that before your peers, your psyche or your body react.
  • You want to work out the pattern behind an obstacle of your carreer (pattern of perception, of thinking, of acting, deeply anchored believes)d you want to transform those obstacles.
  • You are looking for new perspectives in your (business) life because may not yet have been everything and because the question after the sense appears at the horizon...
  • You look for help to get out of a mobbing situation.
 
Offering
Coaching is the integrative accompaniment of clients in order to boost the self development and to increase mindfulness, comprehension, experience and doing.
Every coaching is taylor-made and adjusted in a very flexible way to your needs. At the beginning we discuss the framework (setting, rhythm, duration, costs) and the subject. With a solution and resources oriented approach we gather the initial situation, clarify the objective, retrieve and activate all your resources and integrate your already found approaches. Along an open process I assist you in facing the challenges and obstacles on your way to your aims. Often as solutions needs to be anchored once it has been found. In any case it is crucial that the coachee and the coach experience the coaching process as totally coherent.

Prerequisits
It is very important that you consider the most important prerequisits in advance. These are especially
  • the readyness to enter an open self development process,
  • the committment to a reliable cooperation with the coach,
  • the intention not to give off your own mind in front of the door,
  • the wish to boost the self reflexion and the self development,
  • the wish to reach an effective balance between perception, comprehension, experience and doing,
  • the persuation that coaching is an appropriate measure for the upcoming or ongoing challenge,
  • the necessary resources regarding time and money.
 
About myself
I dispose of a longtime experience in consulting of companies and personnel as well as in the area of organizational and personal development (e.g. as employee of Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young and as independent consultant and coach). During various transformations in my professional and personal life I made fundamental experiences as coachee and as counselee. Those experiences always brought me to new coasts ant to sustainable learning curves.
 
Since almost 40 years I am engaged intensely with subjects aroung coaching like self development, team development, organizational development, change management, neurobiology, psychology, psychotherapy western and eastern philosophy as well as systemic thinking (e.g. Bateson, Watzlawick, Varela, Willke). As a coach I rely for example on the most important  coaching and self coaching standards (including techniques in relaxation and mindfulness like the ones of John Kabat-Zinn or focusing), on integrative and systemic approaches (e.g. Bamberger, de Shazer, Fischer, Prior, Radatz, Simon, Sparrer), on the "Zurich Resource Model" (Storch, Krause), as well as on various approaches in the tradition of the humanistic psychology (e.g. Milton Erikson, Gendlin, Grof, Keleman, Levine, Lowen, Rogers, Rolf, Rosenberg, Siems) and last but not least the coaching approach of IBP (Integrative Body Psychotherapy).
 
My life experience which has been built through 40 years of conscious self development allows me me now to accompany my clients with full verve on their own way of self development.
