I am Global Account Manager (Sales Representative) for Siemens, Infineon, and Siemens related accounts. I partner with my clients to help solve their critical problems through consulting offerings and with best in market software and hardware solutions.

Until mid 2012 I was working as Online Commerce Web Sales Representative responsible for Automotive, High Tech and Process Accounts. The objective was to increase the efficiency of our client's IT purchasing process (buying IBM products&services) and hence improve client satisfaction.

Before that I had been working for about 7 years in various international projects reporting to international organizations. I've gathered experience and demonstrated my skills in the areas of building solutions for language localization/translation system, management/metrics systems, workflow processes, business process design, portal solutions, credit card payment solutions, commerce solutions, IBM search, requirements management, building auditable processes and content management and web development. 

Within each of those projects I have taken leadership as team leader or project manager. I have also interviewed, selected and supervised about 90 students and engaged them in my projects. 

Before my IBM career I have been working in the graphical design area. Before the final examination of the master school for "graphics and design" I have established the first DTP studio in a print office using Apple Macs and various professional desktop publishing tools such as QuarkXPress, Photoshop and FreeHand.
