03.1986 – 10.1992 Active as project leader / senior consultant in the areas of Financial Accounting, Production, Order Processing and Banking. Under this working environment, I have dealt with the company-own PPS product MAC-PAC, performing long-project installations, customizations, migrations as well as customer support for well-known industrial and financial companies with national and international character.

As a project leader I was responsible for the assignment, monitoring and execution of tasks, aimed to be performed by the project members under my supervision. Concerning project management, certain methodologies as Method/1, Design/1 and Install/1 have been exercised in order to control project tasks and so meet customer requirements. Interfacing policies to support global environments have also been initiated to maintain sharing functionality of integrated systems. Additionally, I have specialized in designing, implementing and presenting product prototypes involved during the decision-making project phases or during the evaluation phase in selecting the appropriate software suitable to customer needs.
Following the educational policies of Andersen Consulting I have participated in numerous schools and seminars in St. Charles, Illinois/USA which intended to steady complement my professional expertise and keep my experience up to date.
Finally, I participated in the company-initiated marketing phases to promote the product and thus had to be involved in the organization as well as conduction of numerous advanced-level product presentations and workshops. My work has been conducted in all three languages, German, English and Greek.
