Professional background in finance and have slowly transitioned into more commercially facing roles. Ideally wanting to move into business / operational roles.

Enjoy working in effective, energetic teams. Management development of people is something I take seriously and get satisfaction from enabling people in my teams to grow in stature, confidence and then progress into more senior roles. Networking is my other passion in work. There is so much information locked within peoples heads in organizations and often the easiest way to access this is through talking and knowing who to talk to. Too many people sit and wait for opportunities and networks to come to them rather than being proactive.
