About me

Dear all,

My job mainly consists in acting as the bridge between investors and the country they want to invest in, assisting them mainly in the area of international tax planning. Thus, the client can focus on their own business strategy knowing that their foreign investments are safe from any legal or tax risk. Logically, this requires previous planning, although experience has taught me that strategies are usually shaped up as you go along ... In order to achieve this, it is very important to have direct and personal contact with the client.

My clients are mostly mid-to large-sized foreign companies investing in Spain, either directly, using a subsidiary, or indirectly, through warehouses or other facilities in Spain. VAT, Corporate Tax and Tax Litigation in Spain are my core practice areas.

I have been working as a tax consultant for over fourteen years now, half of which I spent in Germany and the rest in Barcelona, where I graduated in Law. I am a lawyer registered with the Barcelona Bar Association, Doctor of Law and part-time professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona. My working languages are German, English and Spanish.
