I am French but leave in Italy since 1990, close to Milano. I am married with 2 childrens.

Based in Italy and France for the past 13 years, I am in charge of direct (and channel) sales and business development to Euroepan strategic customers for KLA-Tencor Instruments, a US based company supplying large port-folio of High-Tech capital equipments (Hardware), solutions (Software licenses) and services for process control and yield improvement in Semiconductor and Solar industry.
My job duties:
- Define Sales strategy and achieve fiscal years booking targets
- Single sales and multi-sites corporate negotiations >20 M$ sales /year
- Develop Business to meet company strategic objectives
- Improve and maintain high Market share in strategic accounts
- Penetrate key customer sites with New products introduction
- Negotiate procurement spec & partnership business agreements (VPA)
- Put in place customer satisfaction improvement program
- Built relationship at all level of customer organization
- New territory business development: Israel, Singapore
- Organize Technical, Users & executive meetings, Seminars
- Operation: Service contract negotiation, Escalation Mgt, Logistic.
