A longtime advocate of victims’ rights, Mr. Jeff Dion currently serves as the Director of the National Crime Victim Bar Association (NCVBA). Jeff Dion joined the organization, which operates under the auspices of the National Center for Victims of Crime, in 1998 after several years of advocating before the Virginia General Assembly for expanded crime victims' rights. As a member of the board, Jeff Dion helps to oversee the distribution of grant funding for programs through the Victims of Crime Act and the Violence Against Women Act. Jeff Dion also serves on the Victim-Witness Issues Advisory Committee, for which he is Chairman, the Victim Services Grant Review Committee.
