About me

I have been working in the museum sector for ten years, in the areas of museum education, event organisation, audience research and evaluation, and social media. My areas of expertise include survey and questionnaire design. I am passionate about connecting people with their cultural heritage and about improving the visitor experience. As an experienced conference speaker and workshop leader, I also enjoy passing on my skills and expertise to others in the sector, and I am available to run Visitor Studies workshops or talk about my audience research and social media projects. I founded the website Museum140 as a platform for creative social media projects involving museums.
