Neue Projekte neigen gern dazu, die Komplexität der Anforderungen 1:1 umzusetzen. Mein Ziel in solchen Situationen ist es, die Komplexität zu reduzieren und der Lösung eine Einfachheit zu geben. Das ist natürlich selten auf einen Schlag erreichbar - und wird um so schwieriger, je später man damit beginnen kann.
