  Clubs Wired Investment Opportunity • Partnership: as a partner with Clubs Wired you shall have the opportunity to utilize all of your resources in the development of the Clubs Wired Network (not limited in scope). You shall be encouraged to demonstrate an aggressive and professional approach to the Clubs Wired Network objectives. This shall be demonstrated in one or more of the following ways as follows: a. Utilizing your professional relationship with your current and future resources for the advancement of the Clubs Wired Network. The network may offer you advertisement, sponsorships or other opportunities for such services. b. Delivering your company’s quality resources in-trade for resources and opportunities developed by the Clubs Wired Network that financially benefits your company. c. Offering your company resources in the development of the Clubs Wired Network with delayed billing for such products and services until at such time as agreed. This may be considered at a non-discounted price structure or a 30 to 90 day pay. • Investors: Clubs Wired currently offer (2) investment opportunities within its network. a. Nightclub Investment: as an investor of a nightclub you will revenue-share with the nightclub owner in various channels. You may make or hold investments within as many nightclubs as you financially desire within our network. Clubs Wired LLC participation is limited in the facilitating of such investment opportunities. You may be notified of an investment opportunity with a nightclub desiring to join our network, but is unable to fund the opportunity themselves (normally $20k to $40k). The nightclub owner shall be notified that you the investor (upon your request) desire the opportunity to negotiate a revenue-share contractual agreement between you both. All parties may use our investment guidelines and projections in determining an equitable agreement between them.   Clubs Wired LLC is a global entertainment company that specializes in revenue-sharing partnerships with nightclubs. We shall become the online entity that unifies and broadcast nightclubs onto one global interactive-platform. Our interactive-platform consists of not only online nightclub viewing, but the ability to actively engage onsite-members with the millions of potentially online-members. We are currently completing our initial development-stage and moving into our launch-stage. Amazingly, the Clubs Wired platform may forego any and all upfront fees or costs for the nightclub owner, as well as, any online member. Clubs Wired LLC revenue-share projections for each participating nightclub upon launch is in excess of $1.2 million and overall corporate revenues exceeding $300 millions in the first 12 months.
