While working from his home state of Tennessee, Jesse Gilliland has appraised properties for Institutional Investors and government agencies. Jesse Gilliland utilizes a wide range of resources when appraising property values, including on-line Realtracs, MLS on-line county tax records, the State of Tennessee assessment data and another tax/sales service, Courthouse Retrieval System. Jesse Gilliland supplements his data sources by looking at flood maps and census data obtained on-line via Alamode appraisal software.
