Dr. Schwarzkopf has worked during the last 30 years in all areas of Computer Information Services. IT Analyst as META Group Israeli Research Manager and was named a META Group Research Fellow. As an academic researcher in Entrepreneurship Sciences has published and presented in the Academy of Management and Babson Conferences. As a consultant in Arthur Andersen Consulting (USA), Booz Allen (USA) and Kesselman & Kesselman. As a systems professional in SCS Computers and the R&D Unit of the Israel Defense Forces. As a sales and marketing professional in Digital Equipment Corporation. Teaching in the MIS department at Ben Gurion University and the Computer School of the IDF. Entrepreneur founding two companies in the IT arena: store and forward mail and office information systems.
 
Community activities
 
Dr. Schwarzkopf served in the Board of Directors of Ashot Ashkelon Industries, served as President of the Gymnazia Herzelia Association, Co-founder of the Mashov Political Movement and member of the Central Committee of the Labor Party. Major (Rav-Seren) in the reserves, Israel Defense Forces (where he served in the elite Sayeret Egoz unit and later in the R&D unit). Registered Engineer (IS22881), member of MENSA Israel.
 
Education
Dr. Schwarzkopf received BSE and MSE degrees (Systems Engineering) from the University of Central Florida. Got his MSIA (Management Information Systems) and ABD (PhD Program) in Systems Science (received (twice) the William Larimer Mellon Scholarship/Award) from Carnegie Mellon University. His doctorate (Management/ Entrepreneurship) he got from Case Western Reserve University.

STKI's History
 
In the mid 80s, Dr. Jimmy (Haim) Schwarzkopf conducted the first-of-its-kind research about the IT market in Israel. The research was done for DEC (now owned by HP). The research had dramatic impact on the Israeli market, and provided a comprehensive outlook on a market that was un-charted until then. Later on, Dr. Schwarzkopf continued his research and in 1992 started Meta Group Israel, which was the Israeli representative of the international Meta Group. With Meta Group, Dr. Schwarzkopf continued to publish market research regularly, an provided analysis services to some of the leading companies in the market. In 2004, Meta Group was bought by Gartner, and Dr. Schwarzkopf and his analysts continued their activity under the name STKI.
STKI employs a team of analysts in various fields, who conduct meetings with the company's customers, in which professional discussions in the analyst's field of expertise are held. Additionally, lectures are held at the customer's premises, with the purpose of reviewing major trends or current developments in the field. The company's customers are entitled to receive personal answers to questions on various topics, which provide them with in-depth information about the Israeli market. The analysis services are given both the higher-levels of management (CEO, COO, CIO) as well as mid-level management (Dept. heads, project managers).

Strategic Information
Strategic information includes professional evaluation, consulting and guidance for the customer with implementing new systems or technologies within the organization, locating important trends in the world of IT, assimilating best-practice methodologies and recommendations for leading products and tools in the Israeli market, with reference to worldwide aspects.
 
Tactical Information
Information which is designed to provide a focused point of view on leading products and tools in Israel. Tactical consulting is based on a deep familiarity that the analysts have with the leading parties in the Israeli market, and on exposure to current market-data from the entire spectrum of the local business and IT world.
 
In addition to personal counseling, the company holds roundtable meetings, with the purpose of allowing customers from various companies in similar roles to conduct a fertile discussion on various topics. During these meetings, the participants share their concerns and solutions, and this information lets them fall-in-line with what is customary in other organizations that operate in the same sphere, and get new ideas on how to solve problems with their organization. Also, every year, the company holds a summit, with overviews of the various fields, in front of hundreds of representatives from Israel and the world. The summits include lectures by the company's analysts, as well as guest-speakers from around the world.
