I am interested in working with other people who are applying ideas of positive psychology and positive organizational scholarship in the workplace.
 
I have a conventional background in I/O psychology, HR consulting, OD and university teaching and I am well versed in the managment practices of large organizations and classical ideas.
 
My interest is mainly in demonstrating the value of positive methods over and above conventional techniques and working with people and teams who are experiencing these methods for the first time.
 
I am currently pursuing several entrepreneurial ventures and work collaboratively Social Media Mafia and positive psychologists to collate and demonstrate ideas about flourishing workplaces and communities.
