About me
Having now practiced his solutions across 5 continents over the past 25 years, working with JC’s practical everyday mindset is guaranteed to be both fun, and a highly rewarding experience. JC blends emotional intelligence with behavioral kinetics to guarantee every key-stakeholder walks away with immediate, and practical, personal & professional take-home growth experiences.
With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences & Robotics, preceded by an Electrical Engineering discipline, JC often jokes that his studies gave him the unique ability to take very large and complex problems, break them down into small bite size issues, and then address the root cause of each to ensure effective resolutions. It was with this practical background, coupled with strong project management problems solving & decision making skills, with which JC embarked on his real world MBA in effective Business Management. Finally, his extensive customer service background ensures his focus on consumer loyalty.
My core values are relationships, security, time, peace and health. My mission & vision (goal) is to empower every relationship I come into contact with internationally through my Core Values based solutions. My professional experience of +24 years spans across 5 continents.
Starting in the customer service industry at 14 whilst I finalized my studies, in 1984 I received my degree in Computer Engineering and Robotics. From that point onward I designed my career specializing in customer service based project / solutions management and operational excellence as a senior corporate executive.
In 1991 I relocated to Europe (based in Portugal) from the US, expanding my knowledge and experience through product development and best practice sharing throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa, employed by companies such as Reuters & Sun Microsystems as Director of Customer Services.
In 2003, I initiated my first entrepreneurial venture as founder of an Interim Executive Management company specializing in increased strategic effectiveness. My highlights were in transformed cost centers at Sun Microsystems & Hewlett Packard into +40% gross margins, double digit revenue growth market/industry leading units.
As of 2006, I have empowered individuals and organizations through out Latin America & Asia Pacific through my Core Values based Strategic Management niche practices serving the Entrepreneurs Organization (
