Performance Feedback:
C. Carson – Lead IT Solution Architect:
” I worked with Jody on the BPO Molson Coors delivery of our eSolutions suite. To put it plainly, Jody is AWESOME. I have never worked with a more capable, positive and competent person than Jody.
I was the lead IT solution architect for the delivery, and was ultimately responsible for the success of the eSolution delivery. The project was sold with extremely tight deadlines that seemed next to impossible to meet. This made for a very challenging environment.
Jody rose to the occasion, with strong leadership, effective project management skills, and excellent cross organizational collaboration skills. Jody developed strategies and plans and worked very closely with the team, resulting in a flawless delivery. She also reduced the turn around time for tasks from days and weeks, to hours!
I had worked on other deliveries with different PMs, and have never experienced such quality and efficiencies as those Jody provided.
I also found that Jody fostered a positive and motivational work environment for those who worked for her and with her. Jody's team was much more responsive, helpful, successful and innovative than those same people under different PMs for other BPO delivery projects.
Jody's superb leadership, coordination, and communication skills were critical to the success of the project. She expertly handled our resource requests and provided exactly the right skilled resources to ensure an on time delivery to our customer.
Jody is an excellent project manager, leader, and works extremely well cross-organizationally to get the job done. She is thorough, has excellent follow-through and addressed every issue with confidence and team work. I hope to work with Jody again in the future. Her positive attitude, collaborative nature and strong work ethic made her and her team an integral and valuable part of our delivery team.”
D. Salmon – Project Manager, PMP:
“I worked with Jody specifically on the Molson Coors project, where I was the IT Program Manager and responsible for the overall project. With extremely aggressive timelines and a complex infrastructure (2 new HP developed tools were being rolled out for the first time), Jody’s role was crucial.
Essentially, I relied on Jody (without any prior knowledge of her background/capabilities) and she proved to be an incredible asset and large contributor to the successful delivery of that project. To say I was impressed by her management skills and overall competency is an understatement.
Jody’s strong leadership skills, effective project management and perseverance in achieving the stated goals were impeccable.
I also can say that Jody constantly promotes effective communication within the team and to the stakeholders, and this was a key talent that allowed her to keep our disparate team focused and to co-ordinate and manage deliverables remotely.
As the project manager for the overall infrastructure deployment, Jody was also responsible for providing me with detailed project schedules and plans, team budgets and cost tracking, risk and mitigation plans, and she executed every task with dedication and commitment to the project.
Overall, Jody's leadership, management, communication, confidence, pleasant personality, and strong work ethic made my experience working with her incredibly gratifying.
I look forward to working with Jody on another project in the future.
She is an asset to any organization!”
L. Torres – Project Manager, PMP:
“You are one of the most knowledgeable Project Managers I’ve had the opportunity to work with and working with you is not only a pleasure but a continuing learning experience. Again, thank you!”
G. Subhabrata - Lead IT Solution Architect:
“I want to thank you for your help. You have been absolutely amazing in collecting all the documents I needed from GD to present to the customer.”
M. Andreotta – Global Delivery Account Manager:
“I can say that I have been impressed with Jody's work during MCBC and that others in BPO have also reported the same experience.”
